Join us November 3–5 for National Diabetes Awareness Month events hosted by the Minority Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Forsyth County Department of Public Health.!

• November 3 (10 a.m.-2 pm.): Free Health Screenings + Smoothie Coupon
• November 4 (11 a.m.-1 p.m.): Diabetes Talk followed by an Awareness Walk
• November 5 (4-8 p.m.): Film, Music, Fitness Activities, Games, Vendors & More
